1. Go to HAMS->System->Export Setup-> Export Fields, you need create export format and assign saving path first.
2. Go to schedule, input the time and select Operation mode and date.

1. Please check if your date format is YYYY/MM/DD.
2. Please compress HAMS_2014.mdb.

HAMS allows you import users’ information by txt or excel file. There are five necessary items, name, emp no, department number, department name and card number.
Please prepare five data and follow the import introduction, you may import user information success.

2. Emp no, card number and department number should be unique code.

RAC-2000 supports 4 readers. The reader’s ID is 1, 2, 3, 4.
The ID 1 and 2 are for Door 1 and ID 3 and 4 are for Door 2. ID 1 and 3 is installing in outside of door, ID 2 and 4 is installing in inside of door. In the report, please check location column, you will read controller name with reader ID.
When you read ID 1, means door 1 outside reader, it means IN and so on.

HAMS is access database and also It cannot install in two different PCs.

Please go to C:\Program Files\HAMS, there are two files, HAMS.mdb and HAMS_2014.mdb.
Kindly backup those two files. After install new software, just copy those two files into new path.

1. Please connect RAC-960PE/PM with HAMS-19. You can read current Master code from parameter 2.
2. Please send the machine back to our agent who you bought the machine from.

3. HAMS-19->time schedule, add time zone and time schedule.
4. HAMS-19->Auth setting
Create groups and select the doors and users.
5. Upload the setting from HAMS-19 to controllers.

Please go to HAMS-19->Auth Settings.
Select the users which you want to delete the authorizations and click ‘Delete Cardholder” button.
Then go to download page and re download settings to controller.

By software:
1. Access Control->HAMS-19->Hardware settings
2. Select machine which you want to disable keypads.
3. Parameter1->Keypad Setup,
You can tick or un-tick the check box of keypads.
By hardware:
Master card/code->Sys setup->Keypad-> 0=disable->Completed

1. Please connect with software and read back current master code/card number.
2. If machine cannot communication with software, please contact with our agent who you bought the goods from or HUNDURE Tech-support; they may help you to solve the problem.

Case sensor is in back of machine. Once the button is released, controller will make beep sound and display “CASE”.
Please press the button and input release code. Default release code is 0000.
And you can also connect with HAMS to close the case sensor function.

1. Please read RAC-940 manual and make sure the wirings between RAC-940 and ACU-30 and external alarm.
2. Please go to parameter of HAMS, you need activate alarm function.

Please select Name+card number, and click ‘SET”.
RAC-960Px will restart automatically, and please upload authorization again.
